The Beauty of the Caucasus is a 6 or 7-day multi-country adventure tour that will take you to Tbilisi and Yerevan, the historic capitals of Georgia and Armenia. You will visit historic sites such as Ananuri fortress, Dmanisi Castle, Garni Temple the last Greco-Roman temple in the Caucasus along with multiple other historic sites in both capitals. Lodging will be at the Malakmadze Guest house in the Machakhela National Park. We will be excavating the medieval settlement of Kintureti. Plan for excursions to Gonio Fortress, Petra Fortress, Archaeology sites around Machakhela, the city of Batumi and The Black Sea.
